My day was spent installing the NOAA gear. This is the rack portion of the package. It is bolted to the floor as well as bolted to the other rack. |

This is Dr. Vladimir from the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. He arrived last night to check out the installation of his gear and to give Allen a briefing on the operation of the equipment. |
