Boschaero\Naval Research Lab Daily Report

The sunrise on departure day is indicating what type of weather we will have for the ferry flight home.
Most of the 3 1/2 hour flight back to Florida was spent navigating around and through storms.
Finally, the Florida Coast.

We stopped at U.S. Customs in West Palm, put on a load of fuel and shipped the calibration panels back to SITAC.
Even though we had used up the 45 gallons of oil that we brought with us we were still pretty full up in the baggage department compliments of those two white computer boxes.
Usually we would stop here in Albany GA for the night but because a meeting was scheduled in the office tomorrow morning the decision was made to continue on, after just stopping for fuel.

After a very long and gruelling 9.8 hours of flight time, a U.S. Customs inspection and 2 fuel stops ... we were all glad to be home.
