Our take of was delayed slightly when this F-16 made a low pass. |

While on the data collection run we had a minor mechanical problem with the propeller governor. It was decided to return to the airport to further investigate the problem. The landing on runway 13 was normal. |

Repair and service manuals were read and it appears that we will have to replace the part before returning to the air. |
 |
The wheel at the top of this piece seems to have slipped so we have ordered another one. |
