of experience in all facets of general management, aerospace program management,
physical security program management, and engineering operations. I have been
very successful taking high tech problem programs and engineering operations
and making them profitable through leadership, focused LEAN implementation,
business planning, financial controls and strategy implementation. I am ready

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:

Captured key $120M USAF
Initial Flight Training Operations Contract against much larger competition
·
Captured key $50M MSIC
Program from long-term incumbent contractor.
·
Led COLSA Corporation
through first Strategic Planning cycle to set corporate level goals and five
year objectives.
·
Was chosen to lead several
major proposal efforts, including a potential $300 million US Government
program. Proposals resulted in several multi million dollar contracts.
·
Led a number of physical
security and security engineering related programs. This included key positions
on the ICIDS I, ICIDS III, USACE ESS, NASA Security, MSIC, SMDC, MDA and other
programs.

Turned around troubled
physical security and manufacturing operations of $10 M small business start
up.
·
Managed profitable
international joint venture. Marketed, secured financing and negotiated several
multi-million start up activities related to joint venture.

Led management buy out team
to purchase current $100m division. Significant bank interface, SEC interface,
and acquisition capital sourcing was required. Efforts were terminated when
Unisys sold all divisions to Loral Corporation.
